Our chocolates are crafted without preservatives and have a shelf life of up to four weeks. For an optimum taste experience, enjoy by the date list on the package and store them at room temperature.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days. However, please note that large orders and those placed during peak seasonal times may require additional fulfillment time. Due to the short shelf life of our products, we take extra care to ensure we’re shipping the freshest items possible. Chocolates are shipped Monday – Thursday, with adjustments to shipping dates to support prompt processing and delivery. During warmer weather, cold packs and thermal packaging are included to maintain product quality.
