Return Policy

At Cocoa Dolce, we take great care in crafting our artisan chocolates and other products, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on shipped items.

For in-store purchases, to be eligible for a return, you must have your receipt, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received/purchased it, untampered. It must also be within 5 days of the purchase date.

However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order - such as damage during transit or an error in fulfillment - please contact us.
