How does the Monthly Chocolate Escape subscription work?
You’ll pay for your first month’s shipment right away. Pricing varies depending on the subscription term. Each month you will be charged the same price before your shipment is delivered until the end of your term. We will send out a reminder email each month for upcoming shipments.
Subscriptions can be cancelled by logging into your customer account. For more information, see our Cancellation Policy
When will my first Monthly Chocolate Escape box ship?
Orders received are typically processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, but may take longer to process during our peak seasons. The typical transit time for standard shipping is 1-3 days, but may vary depending on the carrier's holiday season traffic and schedules.

When will my Monthly Chocolate Escape box installments ship?
Your additional monthly subscriptions will ship every month, around the date of your original order. For example, if you place an order on October 5, your next club box will ship around November 5, and so on, depending on the length of the subscription you choose.
Will my Monthly Chocolate Escape subscription automatically renew?
No. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your Monthly Chocolate Escape subscription has ended, you can sign up again for another round of delicious gourmet chocolate deliveries.
What comes in each box with my Monthly Chocolate Escape subscription?
Monthly selections can be found at What’s Included. Although, due to inventory restraints, some products may vary from what is pictured.
Can I customize my Monthly Chocolate Escape box?
No. We do not offer substitutions for the Monthly Chocolate Escape shipments. The boxes in each shipment are selected by our team to give you a wonderful variety of different seasonal flavors. If you have concerns, questions or allergies, please contact us for more information.
Can I order a one-time box without a subscription?
No. If you're not ready to commit to a subscription to our Monthly Chocolate Escape, check out our selection of gift sets.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by logging into your account, editing your subscription, then clicking “Cancel this subscription.” However, to prevent processing and shipment for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made a minimum of 5 days prior to your fulfillment date.Â
What is the cancellation deadline?

Can I pause or skip my subscription instead of canceling?
Pausing subscriptions is not available at this time.
Can I change the shipment date?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update shipment date for unshipped boxes. Unfortunately, once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we can no longer make changes to that box.
Can I change the fequency of an existing subscription?
Changing the frequency or term of a subscription is not available at this time.
Is there a minimum number of orders before I can cancel?
No, there is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Are refunds available for canceled subscriptions?
Cancellation stops all future recurring charges but does not provide a refund for any charges that have already been processed. If you cancel after a charge has occurred, that order will be shipped, and your subscription will end afterward. 
How much is the Monthly Chocolate Escape shipping?
For the contiguous U.S., shipping is included in the price!
How do I change the shipping address?
Please contact us to update your shipping address as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address for unshipped subscription boxes. Unfortunately, once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we can no longer make changes to that box.Â

Where do you ship the Monthly Chocolate Escape?
Our products are only available in the continental USA. At this time, we are unable to ship subscription boxes to U.S. Territories or internationally.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to PO boxes.
