Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We take great care to create and hand pack our chocolates so you receive the freshest products possible. We also go to great lengths to make sure that your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. This is why we only send our products via United State Postal Service and FedEx, whether the recipient is in Hawaii or right here in Kansas.

Orders received in our system are typically processed and shipped the same day, unless it is not possible for the order to be delivered by Friday of the shipping week or if we are waiting on product. We ship product to arrive in a timely manner to it's destination; keeping in mind the best interest of the chocolate. This may keep shipments from traveling over the weekend. 

The typical transit time for standard shipping is 1-3 days. However, based on the USPS holiday season and schedules, this time frame may vary.  If you require an earlier delivery, please contact our Downtown store location to discuss the options and pricing.

During the Cool Season (approx. October 15th – April 1st), standard shipping orders are sent via USPS and FedEx Ground to ensure a delivery by the end of the week. During the Warm Season (approx. April 2nd – October 14th), ALL orders are sent via USPS & FedEx Ground, using our state-of-the art thermal packaging when the destination temperature is over 70°.

At this time, Cocoa Dolce is only available for shipping within the U.S. Please note, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

We are happy to offer Flat Rate Shipping at $9.50 for all standard shipping needs. An additional cost of $2.50 will be added during the warmer season to cover additional costs of thermal packaging and ice packs. 

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: Saturday is not a standard delivery day and is only available in some areas at an additional cost. Advance arrangements must be made. To make either Saturday or Overnight delivery requests, please call 316-854-3121.

USPS & FedEx have our permission to leave packages at the recipient address if no one is available to sign for them. Cocoa Dolce Chocolates is NOT responsible for packages that are missing, stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Cocoa Dolce cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

PEAK-TIME ORDERING: We try to process orders as quickly as they come in. Due to the high volume of orders during the peak seasons, there may be a delay in processing the order and having it ready for pick-up or shipping. If there are any major delays with your order, our staff will get in touch with you to discuss the delay.   

ORDER TRACKING: Order tracking details are sent to our customers via e-mail once their order has shipped, which is why we encourage our customers to enter an e-mail address when ordering with us. We will not use your e-mail address for any purpose other than to send you tracking details or to send other information you may request. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information. In some cases, your tracking update may fall in your junk folder since this comes through the backend of our system.
